Parmesan truffle couscous is a robust pasta side, combining the slightly al dente texture of Middle Eastern style pearl couscous seasoned with real Parmesan cheese, minced black truffles, and blend of Aromatic herbs and spices. 

Bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of butter. Slowly add in one cup of couscous. Reduce heat and simmer until water is mostly absorbed and couscous thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let stand, uncovered, for three minutes. Fold in 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese and let stand for three minutes longer. Stir gently.
