Care & Use: 

• The Perfect Pot is oven safe up to 450°F — no broilers, please
• Dishwashers not recommended — hand wash once the pot is fully cooled
• Avoid using scours and abrasive cleaning agents
• Gets hot! Be careful and use oven mitts or Hot Grips when handling
• Always use high smoke point oils and avoid aerosol spray oils
• Use low-medium heat to preserve the nonstick coating — never heat an empty pot
• Deep clean with boiling water and a sprinkle of baking soda
• Do not use metal utensils
